Things with wings

I just love this page it wasn't what I planned but turned out great

I started by covering the page with Ivory Acrylic and then adding some torn mop up pages to the top left I then dry brushed these with gesso

I did some background stamping using Adirondack.

I then sprayed the whole page with Distress spray - Peacock Feathers

I added my Tim Holtz birds in flight which I had die cut from inked music paper using my new die and Vagabond

I added some Chit Chat words and outlined them

I am entering this page in the following challenges

Art Journal Journey - Things with Wings

Mixed Media Monthly - Birds of a Feather

The Mirror Cracked - Wings

Oh lovely - the Peacock Feathers looks so pretty over the Ivory - love how it softens the colour - and the musical birds look great flying on their way. Fabulous page!

Fabulous journal page. I love your flock of birds, it reminds me of those giant flocks that you see on Youtube, swooping and swirling.

    Thanks for sharing with us
