Background created by putting old paper page on to cardstock, inked and distressed
Covered wooden hearts with Fired Brick Crackle Paint and left them to do their stuff
When dry added some ink to accentuate the cracks and added bows from stash and some inked chitchat words
Inked a doyley with Barn Door Distress Inks and added everything to the background
Added plaque to the top as a hanger
Finished by adding some more chitchat words
Mainly used Tim Holtz products and techniques - added a few bits from stash
This is my piece for the Vintage Journey Challenge this week where the theme is "Love is in the air" using Tim's products/techniques
What a neat tag! The crackle hearts are stunning and so textured. I love the plaque sentiment as well. Words to live by! ~Niki
